What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Market appropriate insurance products and services that best fit each client
  • Collaborate closely with agents and team members to establish and exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain total commitment to success every day
  • Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships alongside your agency’s team
What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing), but not required — we value your drive and attitude!
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers effectively
  • Comfortable using phone and basic computer systems
