If so, you may want to consider joining our team at Stephen Cole State Farm. We are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our award-winning agency as Account Representatives in one of our North Atlanta office locations (Sandy Springs & Cumberland).
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
My Training Program Includes:
- Licensing Assistance
- Job shadowing with experienced representatives
- Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
- Learning to market insurance products
- Setting sales and growth goals
Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
