THE MISSION (What You Will Do)
- Master the Mechanics: Absorb every operational, financial, and managerial facet of a thriving agency through direct apprenticeship with the Owner.
- Architect Growth: Engineer and execute an actionable, long-term business plan built for total market penetration.
- Consult & Elevate: Deploy a sophisticated, needs-based review process to structure holistic financial and protection options for clients.
- Lead the Charge: Collaborate closely with leadership to smash revenue targets and crush critical developmental milestones.
- Unlock the Grid: Secure your Property & Casualty license before deployment, scaling up with Life, Health, and Securities authorizations as you build.
