What You’ll Do
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Market a diverse portfolio of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more).
  • Provide world-class customer service while maintaining high production goals.
  • Foster strong relationships within the community to build a robust referral pipeline.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in insurance sales (P&C and Life/Health licenses required).
  • The "State Farm" Edge: Previous experience within a State Farm agency is a major plus and will be given high priority.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural "people person" who can translate complex policies into peace of mind for our clients.
  • Driven & Disciplined: You are a self-starter who manages your time effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
