ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first office in 2020 and expanded with a second location in 2025. We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow.
I’m a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years — my first job out of college was working in my dad’s office, and I’ve been building toward agency ownership ever since as an aspirant. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I’m a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I’m also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can.
Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our office participates in about 12 community events each year, and we love staying connected with the people we serve. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, $100 per month toward life and health policies, two group life policies, and licensing reimbursement after six months. Our culture is family-like, upbeat, and full of good energy — we work hard, joke around, and treat each other like friends while still holding high standards.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jake Breakey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
