ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of five who are focused on education, service, and long-term growth. I began my career as a State Farm team member in 2011 and worked in two different states. Originally from Louisiana, I lived in Wyoming from 2011 to 2015, always knowing I wanted to become an agent. I ultimately moved back home to Louisiana to open my own agency and serve the community I care about most.

I stay very involved locally as President of the Kiwanis Club and a member of Rotary and the Knights of Columbus. Giving back and staying engaged in the community is a priority for me and our agency.

We offer PTO, paid holidays, flexibility for family needs, a 401(k), and licensing reimbursement. We understand that life happens, and we work to create a supportive, family-conscious environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Billy Cormier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
