I started as a State Farm team member in 2014 and opened my own agency in September 2017. Today, we’re a growing team of 10 (including two team members currently getting licensed)—11 if you count our office dog, Sawyer!
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
