As our Insurance Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that provide the proper protection; then maintain and foster those relationships by managing their account and servicing their insurance needs.

As our Insurance Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that provide the proper protection; then maintain and foster those relationships by managing their account and servicing their insurance needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include providing information on insurance products and services, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Property & Casualty license
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
