About the Role:
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will connect with clients to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance on insurance products that protect what matters most. You’ll be instrumental in growing our customer base, building trust, and delivering exceptional service from the first conversation to policy issuance and beyond.

  • Base Pay of $45,000 based on hourly plus Bonus and Commission equals over $100,000

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels including referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance products that fit clients’ goals and budgets
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Explain complex insurance terms in clear, understandable language
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn client trust
  • Licensing or willingness to obtain insurance licenses (support provided)
  • A genuine desire to help clients protect their assets and plan for the future
