Insurance Sales Representative
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.).
- Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to prospective customers.
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Follow up with clients regularly to provide exceptional service and support policy renewals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people protect their assets and financial well-being.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training and support provided).
- Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance or financial services, is a plus but not required.

- Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually depending on licensing and experience.
