Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to new and existing customers
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and office inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or additional coverage when appropriate
- Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

$35,000 – $45,000+ annual earnings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused and relationship-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning agency management systems
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Growth Opportunity
This role offers advancement potential within the agency, including opportunities to move into licensed service, sales, or leadership positions as experience and licensing are obtained.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any required licensing and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and their employees are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
