Hiring: Insurance Sales Associate — Aaron Kilbride State Farm (Tampa, FL)
📍 Tampa, FL — Aaron Kilbride State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Associate to join our team.
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you’ll build and develop customer relationships in the community and help educate customers on auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based, customer-focused reviews to educate customers
- Work with the agent to meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products
- Make presentations to potential customers and promote insurance solutions that help protect families and businesses
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements (Experienced Candidate Preferred)
- Must have active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Must have active Life & Health license
- Insurance sales experience preferred (agency/insurance sales, outside or inside sales, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, outgoing, and able to present solutions confidently
Important Note
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent (Aaron Kilbride), not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm and must successfully complete applicable licensing/training requirements.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
