Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up as necessary.
- Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly service by addressing questions about insurance products, coverage options, policy updates, claims, billing, and more.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to achieving daily success.

Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus (such as inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Comfortable working within a small team setting
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have or be able to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hopkins, MN.
- Our office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- I am a proud graduate of Mankato State University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
