Position Overview
Are you passionate about helping others and providing an exceptional customer experience? If so, you may be a great fit for the office of Mike Lucas State Farm. As a member of our agency team, you will play an important role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while helping customers with their insurance needs. You will work directly with customers, provide knowledgeable and friendly service, and help ensure they feel confident and supported in their coverage. This position offers the opportunity to grow your insurance knowledge, develop valuable customer service skills, and make a meaningful impact on the customers and community we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
