Licensed Producers – P&C preferred, L&H a huge plus
Willing to consider high-energy sales pros who will get licensed (we’ll help!) - Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Bilingual? Even better.
- CRM skills, phone confidence, and people smarts
- A work style that is: energetic, thorough, detailed, empathetic, and fearless
Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage warm leads and generate new business
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Health policies
- Build relationships that drive referrals
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, in-office team who plays well with others and loves to win
Work Setting:
