State Farm Insurance Agent located in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team.

As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including business, auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself one day.

Your salary includes a semi-monthly guaranteed base pay, plus monthly individual commissions and team bonuses.

Requirements
Complete two pre-employment assessments about 15 mins each.  
3-5 years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) needed

Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to produce results

Ability to multi-task

Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Bilingual - Spanish preferred

State insurance licensing required
