About our Agency:
I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. I’ve been with State Farm since 2013 and opened my agency on January 1, 2018. My wife and I have been married for six years, and we have two sons who keep life busy and fun.

We stay actively involved in the community, including donating over 500 backpacks to a local elementary school, handing out flowers on Mother’s Day, and helping educate the community on insurance. I’m passionate about helping customers identify gaps in coverage and protect what matters most.

Position Overview:

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Assist customers with claims
  • Collect payment, take notes, and update accounts. 
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text.
  • Help assist with service-related items
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Preferred Property & Casualty License
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
