Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of insurance products a plus
- Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Open to coaching and eager to learn, embracing constructive feedback
- Self-motivated and proactive; capable of independent decision-making and timely actions
- Driven by goals, resourceful, and motivated
- Quick learner who can leverage product and customer knowledge to enhance service and contribute to marketing efforts

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
