We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our growing office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with simple customer questions.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Update household and contact information in our systems.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Maintain an organized and professional front office environment.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- We currently have 20 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
