I am a 20+ year local State Farm Insurance Agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. As a dedicated active agent leading a successful and growing agency/team, I am committed to fostering your business leadership skills, enhancing your industry and State Farm expertise, and delivering exceptional, client-focused service.
This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on managing and advising our existing clients. We have an established sales team and an experienced service team, providing ample mentoring and opportunities for collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Conduct needs-based, customer-focused reviews to educate clients about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

- Base Salary of $40,000 to $55,000 plus available commission/bonus

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
