ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and have since grown to a team of 15 across two office locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained firsthand experience working as an agency team member, which gave me a strong foundation for eventually building and leading a team of my own. Outside of the office, I’ve been married for 12 years, have three kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors - especially hunting, golfing, and fishing.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Boys & Girls Club Board and stay actively involved with our local high school and community.

Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), competitive paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. After six months, team members also have the opportunity to transition to a four-day workweek, giving our team additional flexibility while maintaining a high-performing environment.

Our culture is competitive, motivated, and team-oriented. We work hard, hold ourselves to high standards, and want people who contribute positively to the team. I’m looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and resilience are especially important—if you’re motivated to succeed, willing to work as part of a team, and can stay optimistic when challenges arise, we’d love to meet you.
