We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm agency team.
No previous insurance experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who wants to learn the insurance industry and build a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience in our office
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer needs
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding payments and account follow-up
• Schedule appointments for customers and our team
• Assist with basic administrative and office responsibilities
• Help direct customer questions to the appropriate team member
• Maintain accurate and organized customer information
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
• Learn about insurance products, processes, and our agency operations
