Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines by earning trust through service.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry (required).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must possess Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Life & Health license in addition is preferred, but must be able to be obtained prior to hiring date.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
