I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a growing team of two. State Farm has always been a part of my life - both my mother and sister are State Farm agents, and I've been with the company since 2012 before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I attended art school and enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with my three dogs.
Being involved in the community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in community engagement initiatives and is committed to building strong relationships with the people we serve.

As an Account Associate for Tim Peacock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Tim Peacock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
