Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

I opened my agency in 2015 after spending more than 20 years in the financial industry. Today, our team serves customers throughout Arlington, Euless, and the surrounding Tarrant County area.
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused professional to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing accurate and timely service.
You will be an important point of contact for our customers. Whether you are answering a billing question, assisting with an account update, or helping resolve a concern, your work will directly shape the customer’s experience with our agency.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions
- Provide accurate policy and account information
- Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and documentation
- Answer billing questions and help resolve payment-related concerns
- Support customers throughout the claims process and provide appropriate follow-up
- Schedule appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Follow up on outstanding service requests
- Document customer conversations and account activity accurately
- Identify opportunities for licensed team members to review additional insurance needs
- Work closely with other agency team members to resolve customer concerns
- Complete additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Able to remain calm and helpful during difficult conversations
- Comfortable learning new technology and account-management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service, insurance, banking, or office experience is preferred
- State Farm or insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- Must be able to obtain or have both Property and Casualty/ Life and Health General Lines licenses

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
