Position Overview
As a Remote Insurance Account Representative, you will work directly with prospective and existing customers to provide insurance quotes, review coverage, identify protection gaps, and help customers make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already understands personal lines insurance and wants to grow within a high-performance sales environment.
Minimum Requirements
✔ At least 1 year of insurance agency experience (required)
✔ Active Property & Casualty License (required)
✔ Ability to quote and discuss Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella Insurance
✔ Strong phone, texting, and email communication skills
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Comfortable using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities
✔ Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
✔ Active Property & Casualty License (required)
✔ Ability to quote and discuss Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella Insurance

Preferred Qualifications
- Life & Health License
- Experience working internet leads
- Proven sales and cross-selling success
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Quote and bind new Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies
- Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and existing customers
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing training
