ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service and Marketing Associate with the Elveeta Macon State Farm agency you will WORK for YOURSELF not BY YOURSELF as you successfully make friends and understand customers insurance needs and concerns. We are customer focused and here to act as a consultant offering options. WE LISTEN and LEARN! Seeking a high tech along with high touch individual who brings confidence and a team spirit to the table. We will license and train the right candidate. Your career options will be expanded if you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Prepare and present customized proposals.
- Assist customers with policy renewals and claims.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or sales
- Some College.
- Willing to become licensed in Property/Casualty; Life and Health Insurance.
- Bilingual a plus!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
