Position Overview
- Develop leads and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps.
- Educate customers on auto, home, life, health, and business insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and policy renewals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service while growing customer relationships.
- Work closely with agency leadership to execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, telecommunications, automotive, or other commission-based sales).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals.
- Self-motivated and coachable.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
