Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and sell insurance and financial products across multiple lines to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals and production targets.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products.
- Support daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
