ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. I became an agent because I wanted the opportunity to build something of my own and create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. My goal has always been to build a culture that is supportive, growth-focused, and rewarding for both our team and our customers.

Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my two dogs. I’m also heavily involved in the community and believe in giving back and building strong local relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lori Ivey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
