ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of 13. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in State Farm Operations, which provided valuable experience and helped me develop a strong understanding of customer service, teamwork, and agency leadership.
I attended Seton Hall University and have always believed in building strong relationships—both within the office and throughout the community. Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support The Valerie Fund, which helps families facing pediatric cancer and blood disorders. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy celebrating success together through team events and outings, including summer gatherings and pool parties. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
