ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent three years working as a team member, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in the business. Our team brings over 75 years of combined experience, creating a knowledgeable and supportive environment that is deeply focused on serving customers the right way - one policy at a time.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying active through sports. I’m heavily involved in the community through multiple charitable organizations and serve on the Chamber. Staying engaged locally and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.
For our team, we offer group life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, a Simple IRA, and health benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
