ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful.

I’m a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time. We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing “no” - someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
