About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Telemarketer to make 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable following a call script while aiming to generate leads and schedule next steps for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects
- Use provided scripts and product/service information to introduce our offerings
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Record call outcomes accurately in our CRM (e.g., notes, disposition codes)
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team member
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead quality, appointments)
- Follow compliance and calling best practices (Do Not Call rules, consent requirements, etc.)
Requirements
- Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and consistent daily call volume
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer systems
- Clear, professional speaking voice and strong listening skills
What We Offer
- Base pay: $14/ hour
- Incentives/Commission: $5/ lead generated
