Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of two with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach. Giving back and building relationships locally is something we value as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jordan Escobar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
