Role Description

Holly Goodman – State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive, motivated Producer/Account Associate who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You’ll communicate with customers, identify their needs, and recommend insurance solutions that maximize value. You’ll also support agency growth by working toward marketing goals and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach
 • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
 • Schedule and complete follow-ups to support acquisition goals
 • Meet with clients to assess needs, manage risk, and recommend tailored insurance solutions
 • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives
 • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
 • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and policy lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 • Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple priorities
 • Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers
 • Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred
 • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses:

  • Property & Casualty License
  • Life/Health License
  •  Must be able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
Compensation & Growth

• Starting at $36,000 with no maximum earning potential
 • Real upside through commission and performance-based bonuses
 • Growth potential, including the possibility of running your own agency in 2–3 years
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
