ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I earned a degree in chemical engineering and later completed my MBA in finance. My background includes sales roles with Boeing as well as software sales during the COVID era, giving me a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building.

I attended the University of Washington for undergrad and am married with three kids. I live close to the agency and am very passionate about staying involved in the local community and building meaningful relationships where we live and work.

Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We partner with local nonprofits, sponsor local sports teams, and encourage our team to stay active in community events and volunteer opportunities. I always make it a priority to recognize and highlight team members who give back.

Our agency offers 11 days of PTO, paid holidays, a Simple IRA with a 3% match, a monthly health stipend, and licensing reimbursement. We’re committed to creating an environment where people can grow professionally while maintaining balance outside of work.

Our culture is highly growth-focused, and we’re proud to be one of the top-growing agencies in the area. I’m looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and excited about growing alongside a developing agency. If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a fast-moving environment with strong opportunities for development and impact, this could be a great fit for you.
