Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, development, and making an impact in our community. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained experience both in State Farm corporate and as a team member, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the business.

I studied Business Management and have been married for 13 years with two children. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in sports and spending time at the lake. We’re highly involved in the community, hosting events like our annual November pie giveaway, participating in Giving Hearts Day, and supporting a wide range of youth sports programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Nelson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
