Earning Potential:
 1-2 Years: $40K-$65K
 2-3 Years: $65K-100K
 3+ Years: $100K+

Qualifications:
  • You must able to obtain your insurance licenses on the job, or currently own them (P&C/L&H).
    • If you do not own your licenses, we will cover your licensing costs and provide time to study. 
    • Licensing fees and exams are covered.

  • This is an in-office role only; located at 734 E Main St. in Brownsburg, IN - you must be able to commute M-F; 9am-5pm arriving 15 minutes prior to 9 am opening.

Responsibilities:
  • This is primarily an insurance sales role with limited servicing responsibilities. Your most important responsibility will be to manage and work leads by contacting them, delivering compelling quotes, asking for business, and encouraging referrals to expand the client base. Auto, Home, Life, Health, Business - and setting appointments for Retirement Planning conversations for the Agent. 
  • Develop additional leads by scheduling appointments, understanding customer needs, and effectively marketing suitable State Farm products.
  • Service inbound calls when only necessary or coverage needs in the office require, and guide our customers as needed when life goes sideways.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships while collaborating with Agent to achieve targeted marketing objectives.
Position Overview/Compensation:
As a Multi-Line Representative in sales, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships with our current customer base, as well as acquiring new business by assessing household risks. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, conducting needs-based conversations to craft individualized insurance plans and meet customer needs in multiple risk areas. 

You will be given leads on a daily basis to work and will not be required to cold call, door knock, or "buy your own" leads - these opportunities are provided to you. You will be encouraged to develop a referral network as you earn trust with customers.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor Agent and not with State Farm Companies. State Farm agents hire their own employees and are responsible for all training and licensing requirements for State Farm agent team members.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
