Our growing Southfield insurance agency is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and competitive Sales Team Member to join our team.

Insurance experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who brings energy, consistency, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-ups, and outbound calls
- Learn customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the sale
- Build relationships that lead to long-term customers and referrals
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
