ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2009 and is a team of eight built on strong leadership, integrity, and long-term relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an HR Director, bringing a people-focused and structured approach to how we lead and support our team.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management and Finance from New Mexico State University and have been married for 24 years with three sons. I’m actively involved in my church and mission work in Kenya, where my wife has a school named after her. I’ve also served as Board President of the Samaritan Counseling Center.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, reimbursement for licensing costs, professional development, team-building events, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also provide a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends, 9 paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO, and a supportive office environment with snacks and coffee.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Wray - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
