Seeking a Junior Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
  • Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. (Property & Casualty, Auto, Life and Health)
***BONUS of $1500 for obtaining licenses within first 30 days of employment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
