What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed goals
- Provide expert guidance on State Farm products and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on leads promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus
- P&C/L&H licenses are a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
