The Role

This is a hybrid, remote-friendly sales position focused on new business acquisition and client relationship management. While some in-office collaboration is required, Strong performers earn real schedule flexibility — working in the field, in the community, and from home — managing their time like the professionals they are.

You'll conduct insurance and financial reviews, present coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and financial products, and consistently hit monthly production targets. This is not a passive role. We want someone who hunts.

What You'll Do

  • Build new client relationships through referrals, field outreach, and community networking — including centers of influence like realtors, financial advisors, and community leaders
  • Conduct needs-based reviews and present tailored coverage solutions
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline — track activity, follow up consistently, and close
  • Service existing clients and identify opportunities to expand their coverage
  • Represent the agency professionally in every setting — office, field, and virtually
What We're Looking For

  • Hunter mentality — goal-oriented, competitive, and self-directed
  • Strong communicator — equally effective in person, by phone, and virtually
  • Accountable — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus
  • Honest, coachable, and committed to doing things the right way
  • Ohio P&C and L&H license preferred (pay premium offered for licensed candidates); unlicensed candidates considered — must be willing and able to obtain both licenses
  • Sales, customer-facing, or community-based experience a plus; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base salary: $35,000–$50,000 depending on experience and licensing
  • Commission and bonuses on top of base — variable compensation is uncapped
  • First-year total compensation realistically $65,000–$75,000 at qualifying production levels
  • Strong performers have the potential to earn $80,000+
