Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customer service-related tasks.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding available insurance products, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based conversation to determine if other products are appropriate.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
- Hourly plus bonus pay (up to 30 hours/week)
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Requirements
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Previous work experience indicating a track record of success with above requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish valued, but not required
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to employment start date)

Compensación: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
