Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the customer service team to provide outstanding service to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and issue resolution.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers on insurance options and address their service needs.
- Coordinate daily workflow, manage appointments, and assist in developing leads.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the agent and staff to meet agency goals and maintain compliance with licensing and training requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry with a strong customer service background
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Process-oriented with the ability to follow and improve established procedures
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning and utilizing computer systems and software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Additional Information:
- This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies directly.
- Employees must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
- State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
