ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1984 and has grown into a close-knit team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a chemist, bringing a detail-oriented and analytical approach to the way we serve our customers and operate our office.

I’m multilingual and speak German, French, Ethiopian, and English, which reflects the diverse and inclusive environment we’ve built within our agency. We stay involved in the community by participating in various local events and supporting initiatives that help bring people together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Makeda Nichols - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
