ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a quality control manager in industrial recycling and even owned a paintball park. I also spent time as a professional paintball player, which taught me a lot about discipline, focus, and teamwork.

I’ve always lived near the beach and consider myself a true Southern California local. Now that I’m an empty nester, I’ve been enjoying the chance to travel more and explore new places.

We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office also uses a rotating Saturday schedule—team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it.

Our culture is very open, flexible, and relaxed. I believe in giving people the space to do their jobs well, so there’s no micromanaging here. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jimmy Ramirez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
