What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate clients on insurance and financial service options
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, and community engagement
- Cross-sell and recommend coverage that truly fits client needs
- Provide a high level of service that reflects our mission and values
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
