As a Customer Service Representative with Dom Loughlin State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are seeking a dependable detail oriented and people focused customer service representative to join our growing locally owned and operated agency. In this role you will be the front line of our customer experience helping clients with their policies, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service we are known for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, walkins, and service requests.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews.
- Educate clients on their policies to ensure they understand their coverage not just their price.
- Process endorsements, payments, and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for additional coverage, cross selling when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional office environment for all clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (provided by the Agency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, small business environment.
- Basic computer skills

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
